Hobbies: church, politics, arguing, scouting, piano, auto mechanics, sailing, fishing, hunting, and remote control piloting
Involvement/Accomplishments: Obtaining the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts, being a teaching leader in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Forest High School, and being valedictorian of his middle school graduating class. He also has placed in multiple events on the state level for the Junior Classical League of Forest High School and is an active member of the Forest Tennis team.
Other: Garrett has been a member of Marion County Teenage Republicans for eight months and is currently serving as Vice-Chairman. Garrett has many goals for MCTARS and stated the following:
“MCTARS is a fabulous program to help one get involved and do his/her duty as a citizen. It is the foremost obligation of MCTARS to uphold the Constitution as intended by our forefathers, men of Godly character and devotion, as to preserve an indivisible Republic of United States. Secondly, it is our obligation to inform others of the duty required of a citizen to God, State, and Country. Lastly it is our conviction to carry out these truths through the avenues of campaigning, propaganda, and knowledge.”

Involvement/Accomplishments: Involved in music, dance, political campaigns, and the page/messenger program at the Florida State Capitol. She has also "accomplished the ‘art’ of shooting anything." (Obviously, she is an avid supporter of Second Amendment rights.)
Chandler has been a member of Marion County Teenage Republicans for 1.5 years and currently holds the position of Treasurer. She is also the Finance Committee leader and, in the past, has held the position of Sergeant-at-Arms. She joined MCTARs for the purpose of being politically involved and campaigning for Republican candidates ("that [she] likes"). Chandler hopes to see the MCTARs membership continue to grow and to "do awesome things through this club."
